2. Service Contracts
2.1 Consultation Services
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled and confirmed. If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
2.2 Program Implementation
For program implementation services, refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation 15-30 days before the start date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date: No refund
2.3 Ongoing Programs
For ongoing program subscriptions or contracts:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice, with no refund for the current billing period
- Annual contracts may be cancelled with a pro-rata refund for unused months, minus a 15% cancellation fee
- Refunds are not available after 90 days from the contract start date
3. Digital Products and Resources
Digital products, including downloadable materials, training videos, and online resources, are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
4. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:

- Provide your order or contract number
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Submit the request within the applicable timeframe
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirming approval or denial
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed services or sessions
- Custom program development work
- Training materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- Third-party fees or expenses
- Services cancelled with insufficient notice
7. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a satisfactory solution, which may include:
- Adjusting the program to better meet your needs
- Providing additional support or resources
- Offering alternative services
- In exceptional cases, providing a partial or full refund
8. Force Majeure
If services cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide a pro-rata refund for undelivered services.
9. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. If we discontinue a service you have purchased, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion.
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your access to our services.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
